What does Cortex need to get started?
One URL. Cortex reads your website and public footprint, extracting branches, people, services and competitors, and finds your review and social channels without any setup.
What is GEO?
Generative Engine Optimization. Cortex asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok the questions your customers ask, flags wrong claims such as hours, prices or addresses, and Vega publishes fixes (schema, llms.txt, FAQ pages) before re-testing.
How are agents billed?
Agents run on agent credit at $0.10 per minute on every plan. Growth includes $20 of credit a month and Scale includes $50. Agents pause at $0 unless auto top-up is on.
Do agents act without me?
You choose the mode for each agent: Approve, Hybrid or Autonomous. Refunds, billing disputes and complaints can always be routed to a person, with approval routing per branch on Scale.
Can I use my own AI model?
Yes. Run on the EVRA LLM, or bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or xAI Grok key. Speech-to-text and text-to-speech providers are configurable.
